Your Moroccan Cooking Class begins with a warm welcome from your local chef or cooking instructor. Get introduced to Moroccan cuisine, traditional ingredients, and the dishes you’ll prepare during the session.
Learn how to select and combine Moroccan spices, vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients before starting the hands-on preparation of your dishes.
Follow your instructor step by step as you prepare traditional Tagine, Couscous, or other Moroccan specialties. Along the way, discover the cultural stories and cooking traditions behind each dish.
Take a relaxing break with traditional Moroccan mint tea before sitting down to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared together.
If you choose the Merzouga cooking experience, you may also learn about and taste Medfouna, a traditional Saharan specialty made with stuffed bread and local ingredients.
